1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Elite Checkers ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License
Elite Checkers is licensed to you as a free, ad-supported application with optional in-app purchases. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
3. User-Generated Content & Conduct
The App allows you to choose a username and send in-game chat messages during online play. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Your username and in-game chat are visible to other signed-in players (see the Privacy Policy).
4. No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall weltekx-dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
6. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) advertisements may be served based on your device's advertising settings; (b) you can opt out of personalised ads via your device settings (as described in the Privacy Policy); and (c) we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any interactions made through them.
7. In-App Purchases
Optional purchases (premium themes, ad-free experience, and passes) are processed by Google Play Billing. All payment processing, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by Google Play's policies. The App stores only purchased product IDs and timestamps.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Crashlytics), Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in or used by the App are the property of their respective owners. The Elite Checkers app code, UI design, and weltekx-dev brand are © 2026 weltekx-dev. All rights reserved.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which weltekx-dev operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
