1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WeltekxCalc application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Important: WeltekxCalc is a calculator tool. While we strive for accuracy, results should be verified independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on calculations performed by the App.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, weltekx-dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, which are governed by Google’s terms of service. Your use of these services is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and design — are the exclusive property of weltekx-dev and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
