1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LinuxDict ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License
LinuxDict is licensed to you as a free, ad-supported application. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
3. No Warranty
The App and its content — including but not limited to command descriptions, syntax, options, and examples — are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall weltekx-dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. The command information in the App is for reference purposes only — you are solely responsible for any actions you take based on that information, including the execution of any command on any system.
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) advertisements may be served to you based on your device's advertising settings; (b) you can opt out of personalised ads via your device settings (as described in the Privacy Policy); and (c) we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any purchases or interactions made through them.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Installations), Google AdMob, and Google Play Install Referrer. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which are available on Google's website.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in or used by the App are the property of their respective owners. The LinuxDict app code, UI design, database content, and weltekx-dev brand are © 2026 weltekx-dev. All rights reserved.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the changelog on the App's Google Play listing and on this page.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which weltekx-dev operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
